Natoru

It's Natoru, the adorable Scottish Fold kitty from The Cat Returns. (: In the original version Natoru is a girl but in the dubbed English version she is voiced as a boy... personally, I think his personality is more of a boy cat. :3 He's the Cat King's Royal Secretary and is a complete suck-up, lol. I luff him so much that I drew him ;D
