I've lost my tablet pen. Without it, I've been unable to do pretty much anything drawing-wise. I haven't seen it since mid-December, despite looking for it extensively and extremely often, and it doesn't look like I'm going to ever find it.
I have a few commissions I was in the middle of when my pen disappeared, and therefore it's going to take a while before I can finish them. If I owe you art I am very, very, very sorry for the inconvenience, but you're going to have to wait. Feel free to contact me if you like, but if you decide to cancel your commission I can tell you right now you won't be able to get your money back because (a) a lot of the work has already been completed, and (b) I... have no money to give back to you. T^T I'll figure out how to make it up to you; I promise I will make sure it will be worth your while.
My only option is to buy a new pen... I have a professional grade tablet, meaning the pen that goes with it is kind of expensive. If I buy it directly from the manufacturer, just the pen is about $70, which is way more than I can afford right now. I'm currently looking for a better job so I can get in a better living situation; nearly every penny I earn is used on food and gas, and whatever little I have left I have to save for an important surgery my girlfriend needs. I was making a little extra money by doing commissions, but without my tablet pen, I can't complete them, meaning it's going to be very very difficult to save up to get what I need.
I've tried to find a used pen cheaper online, but I can't find anything under $65 from a reliable source. However, that doesn't mean the situation is hopeless.
If anyone wants to help me in my search, I would very much appreciate it; the pen I need is a Wacom Grip Pen that is compatible with an Intuos5 tablet.
PLEASE message me if you find a listing from a reliable source for a pen that is being sold for preferably under $50.
